This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who excels at building trust with homeowners and closing high-quality comfort solutions. What You’ll Do
Meet with homeowners to assess heating and cooling needs Present and sell HVAC replacement and upgrade solutions Educate customers on system options, energy efficiency, and comfort improvements Prepare estimates, proposals, and contracts Utilize ServiceTitan to manage leads, appointments, and sales documentation Explain available PSEG rebates, incentives, and financing options Collaborate with operations and installation teams to ensure a smooth customer experience What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in
residential HVAC sales Strong consultative sales approach and closing skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Comfortable using technology and CRM systems ServiceTitan experience is a plus Knowledge of PSEG rebates and financing programs is a strong plus Valid driver’s license Why Join Fante’s Home Services?
