Corporate Recruiter

The Corporate Recruiter will research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization. Creation of offer letters as needed for the HR department as well as any other tasks necessary for HR department assistance. Assisting in the maintenance and compliance of renewable requirements during surveys and audits. Maintains and audits the Applicant Tracking System daily. Maintains job listings and open positions across recruitment platforms including but not limited to Indeed, Paycom, and LinkedIn. Oversees the preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials. Collaborates with the hiring manager and/or other HR staff during the offer process, start dates, and beginning the onboarding process as needed. Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies. Selects, screens, and schedules virtual and in-person interviews with hiring managers. Assists Recruitment Manager in determining projected needs for staffing on a week-by-week basis. Works in conjunction with contract and direct hire agencies and maintains vendor relations. Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent work experience preferred. SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred. SHRMS Talent Acquisition Specialty Credential also a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics. Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruiting for a variety of roles. Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment. Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
