Overview We are seeking a Salesforce Health Cloud Architect to lead the design and delivery of scalable, enterprise‑level healthcare solutions. This role sits at the intersection of business strategy and technical execution, driving architecture, integrations, and innovation across a complex Salesforce Health Cloud environment. You’ll partner with stakeholders, development teams, and leadership to transform business needs into secure, high‑performing technical solutions that support critical healthcare operations.
What you will be doing
Architect and design Salesforce Health Cloud solutions aligned with enterprise strategy
Translate business requirements into scalable technical architecture and system designs
Lead integration efforts across systems (APIs, data services, third‑party platforms)
Provide technical leadership to developers, admins, and vendor partners
Drive best practices in DevOps, CI/CD, and Agile delivery
Oversee UI/workflow design and ensure optimal user experience
Identify risks and implement solutions to improve performance, scalability, and security
Develop architecture artifacts, POCs, and technical documentation
Mentor teams and contribute to long‑term technical vision and roadmap
What you must have
7+ years of application development / support experience
5+ years of Salesforce Health Cloud hands‑on experience
Strong experience with: Apex, LWC, Flows, Visualforce
REST/SOAP APIs and integrations
Salesforce DevOps & CI/CD tools
Experience leading technical teams or large‑scale projects
Agile/Scrum environment experience (Jira or similar)
Strong communication skills (technical + non‑technical audiences)
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
U.S. Citizen (required for clearance eligibility)
Nice to have
Salesforce Certified Application Architect (or similar)
Experience with OmniStudio
10+ years of IT / enterprise application experience
Experience supporting government or regulated environments
Salary/Rate Range:
$144,000 – $167,000 (depending on location & experience)
