Estimator

commercial, retail, restaurant, healthcare, and corporate construction sectors , working with reputable clients across the region.

variety of project types , collaborating with project teams, and playing a key role in securing and delivering successful projects.
The Role As an
Estimator , you will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates and supporting the preconstruction process from concept through bid submission. You will work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and leadership to ensure competitive and well-structured proposals.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare detailed
cost estimates and quantity take-offs
from drawings and specifications
Analyze project plans to determine
labor, material, and equipment costs
Solicit and review
subcontractor and supplier bids
Develop and manage
bid packages and proposals
Collaborate with project managers and leadership during
preconstruction and bid reviews
Identify potential
value engineering opportunities
Maintain strong relationships with
subcontractors and vendors
Requirements
3+ years of estimating experience
with a General Contractor
Experience estimating projects in
commercial, retail, restaurant, healthcare, or corporate construction
Strong understanding of
construction drawings, specifications, and bid processes
Proficiency with
estimating software and takeoff tools
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines
