Here, you’ll find a collaborative culture that respects and values differences and colleagues who share a spirit of generosity. * Acts as a point of contact and subject matter expert for inquiries related to Individual 401(k), SIMPLE IRA, SEP IRA, and 403(b) plans and participants.* Manages projects enabling the retail distribution of T. Rowe Price products, including mutual funds and exchange-traded funds.* Develops reporting that highlights flow trends and progress against organizational targets. Socializes reporting findings with distribution partners.* Provides general assistance and coverage to other product managers, sharing in the day-to-day tasks and project-oriented duties. Escalates findings or issues to more senior staff.* Continues to build foundational knowledge of the marketplace and the roles of internal teams involved in the development and management of investment strategies.* Supports other special projects critical to the organization.* Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience AND* 2+ years of total relevant work experience* Proven operational work experiences within the financial services industry* Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, accuracy, and deadlines* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization* Proven ability to work in a team environment with a strong sense of urgency* Highly motivated with demonstrated initiative and the ability to work independentlyPlacement within the range provided above is based on the individual’s relevant experience and skills for the role.
