Responsibilities
Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to support program planning, technology assessments, and strategic decision-making.
Analyze technical, operational, and policy information to develop insights and actionable recommendations.
Prepare high-quality work products including white papers, decision briefs, strategic plans, data summaries, and stakeholder reports.
Develop executive‑level PowerPoint briefings and visualizations that clearly communicate complex concepts.
Support program reviews, requirements development, and documentation of program activities.
Track issues, risks, and emerging trends affecting program scope, schedule, or technology approach.
Collaborate with technical teams to translate engineering inputs into strategic narratives and decision options.
Maintain situational awareness of Navy enterprise IT initiatives, technological advancements, and cybersecurity requirements.
Assist in stakeholder engagement activities, meeting facilitation, and capturing meeting outcomes.
This is an onsite opportunity in Washington, DC.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, public policy, engineering, computer science, data analytics, or a related field.
3–5 years of analytical experience supporting government, defense, IT, or technology programs.
Strong research, critical thinking, and problem‑solving skills.
Proficiency in developing professional presentations and written products for leadership.
Ability to synthesize technical information into clear, accessible summaries and recommendations.
Strong communication, organization, and attention‑to‑detail skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with engineers, program managers, and government stakeholders.
Estimated annualized salary: $100-$120K
