This rapidly growing international nonprofit in Washington, D.C. is seeking a meticulous, multitasking, collaborative, and confident individual for their Senior Executive Assistant opening. This role provides the opportunity to serve as an administrative partner, and key point of contact internally and among external stakeholders through a critical transition time for the organization as they build out. Key Responsibilities:

Provide white-glove administrative support to a senior principal, managing complex, high-volume, calendaring, meeting logistics, and travel coordination.

Ensure meeting readiness by preparing presentations, agendas, briefs, and handling the preparation of meeting spaces/technical set up.

Track key deadlines, and action items, ensuring timely follow up and that no projects fall through the cracks.

Act as the first point of contact, liaising between the principal, team members, and external stakeholders, helping to prioritize incoming communications and requests.

Collaborate closely with team members to develop, implement, and improve administrative functions and processes to maximize organizational efficiency and ensure work flows smoothly.

Provide support for special projects and events as required.

What We’re Looking For:

Executive-level experience. You have a minimum of seven (7) years of previous administrative experience supporting senior executives. Experience with international consulting or governmental organizations are a plus!

Trustworthy, thoughtful, and thorough. You have exceptional judgement, communication, and organizational skills.

Priorities and proactiveness. The ability to proactively anticipate needs, resolve conflicts, and manage competing priorities in a high-volume environment are some of your standout strengths.
