This is a true department-of-one role inside a fast-growing B2B software organization serving regulated industries.
You will not inherit a big team or a polished playbook.
You will inherit real ownership, direct access to leadership, outsourced support you can manage, and a clear mandate to create more pipeline and sharpen how the company shows up in market.
What you’ll do
Build top-of-funnel demand generation programs
Own messaging, positioning, and brand story
Partner tightly with sales on pipeline growth
Define MQLs and funnel reporting in HubSpot
Manage outsourced marketing partners and output
Recommend campaigns, events, and budget priorities
Turn broad goals into clear weekly execution
Must-Haves
6+ years in B2B marketing
Strong demand gen experience tied to pipeline
Strong HubSpot experience
Experience working closely with sales teams
Comfortable as a department-of-one
Strong presentation and executive communication skills
Nice to Have
B2B SaaS experience
Regulated industry experience
Apollo or similar outbound tools
Agency or vendor management experience
