
EAM Field Contract Partner - Customer Solutions - Remote (1of 1)

As a Field Contract Partner within Stryker’s Customer Solutions team, you will play a critical role in enabling efficient, compliant, and data-driven pricing and contracting execution for standalone hospitals and Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASCs). This role alleviates transactional burden from field sales and Enterprise Account Management (EAM) while preserving pricing and contracting governance and delivering a seamless customer experience.
The preferred candidate will be located in Pacific time zone.
What you will do:
Project financial and commercial impact of pricing changes, proposals, and contracting scenarios
Develop pricing and contract analyses to support negotiations
Support price files, discount analysis, segmentation, and deal structure evaluation
Conduct competitive and market benchmarking
Serve as primary contact for transactional pricing and contract intake
Create and manage Salesforce workflows
Coordinate with Pricing, CPM, CAA, and Legal
Deliver finalized pricing and contract materials
Upload executed agreements and ensure activation
Build customer-ready presentations and analytics
Provide responsive support to BU Sales and EAMs
Ensure adherence to pricing and contracting governance
Maintain reporting on account and contract performance
Track work in Salesforce
What you will need: Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Analytics, or related field required.
0-1 years of relevant work experience required.
Preferred:
Experience in pricing, contract administration, or sales operations preferred.
Strong analytical and communication skills preferred.
Salesforce experience preferred.
$64,400- $122,700
salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
