Our client is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to serve as a strategic advisor and operational leader within their People & Talent team. This individual will work closely with senior leadership—particularly within client-facing and revenue-driving teams—to develop and execute HR strategies that support organizational growth and performance. This role blends high-level strategic planning with hands‑on execution and is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, evolving environment. Key Responsibilities:
Partner directly with senior leaders to develop and implement workforce strategies aligned with business goals Design and enhance compensation structures, incentive plans, and total rewards programs Lead performance management initiatives and support leadership with coaching and development strategies Evaluate team effectiveness and recommend improvements to organizational structure and productivity Develop and implement talent programs including career pathing, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives Collaborate with cross-functional HR teams (talent acquisition, L&D, total rewards) to build high‑performing teams Use data and insights to identify trends, inform decision‑making, and improve HR programs Support organizational change initiatives and help guide teams through growth and transformation Address employee relations matters, including investigations and performance concerns, with professionalism and discretion Mentor and support HR team members while contributing to overall HR process improvements Qualifications:
7+ years of progressive HR experience, including strategic business partnership Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or HR certifications (PHR, SPHR, GPHR) preferred Proven ability to influence and coach senior leaders Strong experience in performance management, compensation strategy, and organizational development Ability to operate effectively in a fast‑paced, changing environment Experience building or improving HR programs and processes Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for decision‑making Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills Proficiency with HR systems and Microsoft Office tools Additional Details:
