Sales Manager
to join our
Ford and Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram (CJDR)
dealership in Jasper, AL.
We are seeking a leader who can motivate a team, drive sales performance, and help take the store to the next level.
Responsibilities:
Manage and lead the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets
Desk deals, structure transactions, and maximize gross profit
Train, coach, and develop sales consultants
Monitor CRM activity and ensure proper follow-up with customers
Work closely with F&I and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
Maintain inventory levels and merchandising standards
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Sales Manager or high-performing Finance Manager/GSM in an automotive dealership
Strong desking and closing skills
Ability to lead, motivate, and hold a team accountable
Experience with Ford and/or CDJR brands preferred
Knowledge of CRM systems and dealership operations
