Job Title:

Partnership Taxation Senior Associate

Location:

Tulsa, OK (Hybrid – Minimum 3 days onsite) Employment Type:

Full‑Time

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and review tax returns (partnerships, S corps, individuals, trusts)

Support tax planning, compliance, and consulting projects

Research tax issues and provide solutions

Collaborate with internal teams and clients to meet deadlines

Assist in managing multiple client engagements

Respond to IRS and other tax authority inquiries

Mentor and support junior staff

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting

Minimum 2+ years of public accounting experience

Strong knowledge of tax compliance and US GAAP

Experience with partnership, S corp, and individual tax returns

Must meet 150 credit hours requirement for CPA eligibility

Preferred Qualifications

Active CPA or CPA‑eligible

Experience with high‑net‑worth individuals or closely held businesses

Strong analytical and communication skills
