The Ohio Department of Administrative Services (DAS) takes great pride in its work to support the priorities of the DeWine-Tressel administration to ease access for those doing business with the state, secure state data and technology resources, and create efficiencies for our state government partners while keeping costs in check. We help procure goods and services, deliver information technology and mail, recruit and train personnel, promote equal access to the state workforce, lease and manage office space, process payroll, print publications, and perform a variety of other services. The Office of Finance

provides budget, fiscal, financial reporting, DAS asset management, compliance and audit management, finance policy and financial information services to the operating divisions of the agency. The Financial Management Unit handles all functions related to State-Wide Cost Allocation Plan/disbursements, financial reporting, finance policy, audit oversight, allotment development, budget development, budget operations and rate management. Additional responsibilities extend to day-to-day budget analysis support and special project/scenario development. The Fiscal Operations Unit coordinates inventory and asset management, accounts payable and accounts receivable responsibilities in addition to procurement activity and operations related for all DAS divisions. Job Description We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst(s) to support Accounts Payable, P‑Card oversight, and general financial operations for the Department of Administrative Services. This role helps keep state payments accurate, timely, and compliant with financial rules. You will review financial documents, solve payment issues, support reporting, and work closely with teams across DAS. What You'll Do:

Review invoices, payments, and vouchers for accuracy and correct coding. Fix rejected vouchers and help resolve payment issues with DAS staff and vendors. Enter and approve vouchers in OAKS and monitor the General Ledger. Prepare reports for Accounts Payable and Payment Card (P‑Card) activities. Review P‑card logs for proper use and assist cardholders with coding or transaction issues. Process special payments, such as ISTVs, Capital Pay Requests, and EDI vouchers. Support general fiscal tasks such as mail routing, pulling warrant copies, and delivering financial documents. Help train staff and recommend updates to procedures. What We're Looking For:

Experience with accounting principles and financial review work. Ability to work with detailed financial data and solve problems independently. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
