Overview The Solar Consultant role focuses on meeting with homeowners at pre-set, qualified appointments and guiding them through a simple, consultative sales process. All appointments are scheduled in advance, allowing full focus on educating, advising, and closing.
The Role
Meet homeowners at scheduled appointments that we set for you
Educate customers on solar benefits, savings, and system options
Build trust, handle questions, and close deals
Build and maintain a network of customers through referrals and networking
Participate in ongoing training and coaching

Paid Training for those who qualify
W2 position with full benefits (health, dental, vision, 401k)
Unlimited commission with no cap
First year minimum expected income range from $175,000 – $400,000
Qualified, confirmed appointments with a 70 percent sit rate based on over five years of historical data
Structured training and ongoing coaching
Specialized team structure – marketing, scheduling, design, installation, and service are handled by educated teams so Solar Consultants focus solely on selling
