About the Role Manor is on a mission to build the most admired brand in medical aesthetics, and we’re looking for a Senior Manager of Brand & Social Media to help lead the charge. Core Responsibilities

Own Manor’s content output end-to-end, from compliant before-and-afters and patient testimonials to treatment education and provider spotlights, building a distinctive, repeatable weekly cadence that positions Manor as the authority in medical aesthetics

Drive Manor’s organic social presence across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn, developing platform-specific strategies, sourcing UGC from real Manor clients.

Lead the multi-location migration from legacy practice brands into a unified Manor brand, coordinating rollout plans, refreshing templates and messaging, and sequencing location-by-location launches

Run Manor’s review generation program across all practice locations, building and maintaining response templates that reflect the Manor voice, managing the proof library of patient outcomes and testimonials, and ensuring our reputation online matches the experience clients have in the room

Make Manor a fixture in the local markets we serve, conceiving and executing in-clinic events, neighborhood cross‑promotions, referral activations, and micro‑influencer partnerships that drive real walk‑in traffic and build word‑of‑mouth equity market by market.

Be the guardian of the Manor brand, maintaining and evolving our messaging framework, tone of voice, and visual standards, and ensuring every acquired or newly opened location comes up to brand quickly and completely

Own Manor’s creative budget by partnering strategically with agency partners for high-impact storytelling packages, campaign kits, and overflow production, knowing when to bring work in-house and when to invest externally to build the brand at scale

Qualifications

5–8 years of experience in brand marketing, social media, or content strategy, with at least 2 years in a senior or management-level role

Proven track record managing organic social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn) with demonstrated audience growth and engagement results

Experience leading or supporting a brand transition, rebrand, or multi‑location brand integration

Hands‑on proficiency with design and content production tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or comparable AI‑assisted creative platforms

Strong copywriting and storytelling skills, including experience ghostwriting executive or leadership content for LinkedIn or other public channels

Familiarity with UGC sourcing, creator brief development, and influencer/micro‑influencer partnership management

Working knowledge of SEO and AEO best practices as applied to website content and brand transition communications

Experience managing agency or vendor relationships and overseeing creative budgets

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
