Support the development and execution of go-to-market strategies that enhance awareness, consideration, purchase and retention for Spectrum’s Internet, WiFi and Mobile productsAssist in creating detailed customer profiles and defining target audiences by synthesizing buyer characteristics, market trends and competitive positioningContribute to positioning strategies that showcase the value of product convergence, helping communicate the enhanced performance and reliability when solutions are combinedDevelop compelling product positioning and value narratives for new initiatives and launches, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure message consistencyTranslate technical features and complex offers into customer-focused benefits, tailoring messaging to audience needs and marketplace contextCollaborate across departments to improve the customer experience by ensuring communication, positioning and materials are clear and aligned to customer needsPerform additional duties as assigned to support broader product marketing initiatives and team goalsWorking Conditions

Required Qualifications

Education

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, finance or a related field or equivalent combination of education, training and experienceExperience
