TypeContractRole name: SAP PTS ConsultantWork site: Tampa (Remote)Contract RoleWe are looking for a highly skilled Senior SAP PPQM Consultant with over 6 years of experience inSAP Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) modules, specifically within thepharmaceutical industry. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of GxP compliance,regulatory requirements, and validation documentation. This role involves working closely withbusiness and IT teams to design, implement, and support SAP PPQM solutions that meet industrystandards and business needs.Key Responsibilities:• Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP PP and QM modules in pharmaceuticalmanufacturing environments.• Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions aligned with GxP andregulatory standards.• Ensure compliance with FDA, EMA, and other global regulatory bodies through properdocumentation and validation.• Prepare and maintain GxP-compliant documentation including URS, FRS, IQ, OQ, and PQ.• Support production planning, process orders, batch management, quality inspections, and resultsrecording.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including SAP MM, WM, PM, and SD to ensure seamlessintegration.• Conduct system testing, user training, and post-go-live support.• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and system enhancements.Required Skills & Qualifications:• Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP PP and QM modules with at least 2 full-cycleimplementations.• Strong domain knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and quality standards.• In-depth understanding of GxP guidelines, validation processes, and audit readiness.• Experience with batch management, inspection planning, quality notifications, and process orderexecution.• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA is a strong advantage.• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Computer Science, or related field.• SAP PP or QM certification is preferred.Preferred Attributes:• Experience with electronic batch records (EBR) and digital manufacturing systems.• Knowledge of SAP Fiori and modern UI technologies.• Ability to lead cross-functional workshops and mentor junior consultants.
