This role is designed for a candidate interested in building a long-term career in marketing within a government contracting environment, with the potential to convert to a full-time position.Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media & Digital MarketingManage and create content for LinkedIn, Facebook, and other approved platformsDevelop professional posts highlighting company capabilities, industry events, and recruiting initiativesMaintain a consistent posting schedule aligned with marketing and event calendarsMonitor engagement metrics and recommend improvementsEvent Marketing & Technical SupportSupport marketing efforts for company participation in conferences, industry days, panels, and technical briefingsAssist with event-specific marketing campaigns (pre-event, during, post-event)Coordinate marketing assets such as slides, signage, handouts, and digital materialsCapture and summarize key outcomes and engagement metricsContent Development & Technical MarketingTranslate technical and business inputs into compliant marketing contentSupport development of capability statements, one-pagers, presentations, and website contentEnsure accuracy, professionalism, and alignment with federal contracting standardsBusiness Development SupportAssist marketing efforts tied to federal pursuits and customer engagementOrganize and maintain marketing assets for reuse by business development teamsRequired QualificationsU.S. Citizenship (required)Bachelor’s degree (in progress or completed) in Marketing, Communications, or related fieldMarketing experience requiring technical or operational executionStrong written communication skills and attention to detailPreferred QualificationsExperience supporting B2B, technology, or government-focused eventsFamiliarity with Canva, PowerPoint, CMS platforms, or analytics toolsInterest in federal government, defense, or technology consultingGrowth OpportunityHigh-performing interns may be considered for full-time employment in marketing, business development, or proposal support roles.
