In this role, you will define and drive a multi-quarter roadmap focused on unlocking new growth opportunities, expanding our product ecosystem, and delivering meaningful value to our members.You will own and scale key cross-sell experiences, including systems that power intelligent product recommendations and ranking across SoFi surfaces. You’ll also evaluate and incubate new product opportunities, partnerships, and emerging bets that extend the reach of our Personal Loans platform.This is a highly cross-functional and high-impact role for a product leader who thrives in ambiguity, can set clear direction in evolving spaces, and is equally comfortable defining strategy and driving execution. You will partner closely with engineering, data science, design, marketing, and business stakeholders to bring new capabilities to life and ensure they deliver measurable results.What you’ll doIdentify and define new product opportunities that drive growth for Personal Loans, with a focus on cross-sell, engagement, and member valueBuild and iterate on recommendation and ranking systems that surface the right products to the right members at the right timeLead 01 product development from problem definition through launch, including experimentation, iteration, and scalingPartner closely with Data Science to define models, inputs, and success metrics for personalization and optimization systemsCollaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Risk, and Operations to deliver high-quality experiencesDefine and track key metrics, using data to inform prioritization, evaluate performance, and drive continuous improvementMaintain a high-quality backlog and drive execution in a fast-paced, agile environmentCommunicate product strategy, progress, and insights clearly to stakeholders and leadershipWhat you’ll needBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience5+ years of product management experienceProven track record of owning product areas or initiatives and delivering measurable business impactExperience defining product strategy and driving execution across a multi-quarter roadmapStrong product intuition with the ability to identify high-impact opportunities and make sound prioritization decisionsData-driven mindset with experience using metrics, experimentation, and analysis to guide decisionsExperience working cross-functionally with engineering, design, and data science teamsStrong communication skills, including experience influencing stakeholders and presenting to senior leadershipAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with high ownershipNice to haveExperience with growth, personalization, or recommendation systemsBackground in fintech, lending, or consumer financial productsExperience working on 01 and scaling product initiativesFamiliarity with experimentation frameworks and A/B testingExposure to machine learning–driven products or ranking systemsExperience building cross-sell or multi-product ecosystemsCompensation and BenefitsThe base pay range for this role is listed below.
