We are seeking a full-time Remote Travel Consultant who specializes in the niche market of cruises. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home while helping our clients plan their dream cruise vacations.
Responsibilities:
Utilize your knowledge of the cruise industry to assist clients in selecting the perfect cruise vacation package
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs and preferences are met
Research and stay up-to-date on the latest cruise trends, destinations, and promotions
Coordinate all aspects of the booking process, including flights, accommodations, and excursions
Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the entire travel planning process
Collaborate with team members to continuously improve processes and enhance the overall client experience
Requirements:
2+ years of experience as a Travel Consultant, with a focus on cruises
Extensive knowledge of the cruise industry, including popular cruise lines, destinations, and itineraries
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and remotely
Proficient in using travel booking software and tools
Passion for travel and a desire to create unforgettable experiences for clients
