Traditional schools often teach at students rather than alongside them—a model that limits potential.
Alpha Schools is redefining education by replacing lectures and static textbooks with AI-driven adaptive learning and mentorship at the student's level. Learners advance at their own speed. Your role is to guide them in uncovering their strengths, not to deliver predetermined lesson plans.
This position is designed for driven individuals who want to redirect their energy toward repairing a flawed educational model. You will not spend time grading assignments or adhering to rigid curricula. Instead, you will facilitate workshops, spark intellectual engagement, and demonstrate that learning thrives when students take ownership of their educational journey.
Guide learning. Embrace development. Submit your application.
