Writer – Client Specialist , you’ll support the team responsible for written responses to client and senior investor inquiries. You will play a key role in ensuring compliance with financial regulations by managing client complaints with professionalism and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
Investigate and resolve operational client complaints
Draft formal written communications outlining firm decisions
Conduct research to support case findings
Support additional Client Relations functions (e.g., settlement processing, privacy requests, call handling)
Assist with special projects as needed
