Account Manager / Outside Sales Representative
Austin or San Antonio Location We’re representing a global leader in Commercial and Data Center HVAC, manufacturing VRF, chillers, and Air Handlers, with dedicated divisions across both equipment and service. They are looking to recruit an Account Manager / Outside Sales Representative for their two of their busiest regions, San Antonio & Austin. The role will be selling Applied Equipment Systems to consulting engineers, mechanical contractors, and building owners, supporting with system design, specification, and project delivery. Accounts will be divided based on location, this territory has the opportunity to earn in excess of 7-figures in commission. Experience selling into consulting engineers, mechanical contractors, or building owners Experience selling HVAC, Chillers, VRF or Air Handling Units - Commercial / Industrially scaled Heating, Ventilation or Air Conditioning Units Ideally based in Austin, San Antonio or Central Texas. Willing to commute or we are open to consider individuals looking to relocate to the Austin / San Antonio Package:
Up to $150k base salary + commission, with a path toward 100% commission once a pipeline and client base are established 401(k) match up to 6%, plus an additional 2% core contribution (up to 8% total company contribution) Paid time off, including support for volunteer work and parental leave Access to training and development programs, along with tuition assistance and student debt support Outside Sales Reps, please apply and we will get back to you in 24/48 hours.
