Consult, Don’t Just Manage: Leverage your deep understanding of franchise agency models and multi‑location dynamics. You won't just take orders; you will consult clients on how to unify their brand messaging while driving local market penetration.
Drive Growth: Actively identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities within the Medical/Dental vertical. You understand the unique patient acquisition journey and know how to expand service scopes to meet those needs.
Build Executive Relationships: Develop trusted‑advisor relationships with C‑suite executives and franchise stakeholders. You will lead business reviews, present performance metrics, and forecast future opportunities with confidence.
Collaborate for Excellence: Work seamlessly with our internal teams (Paid Media, SEO, Social, UX) to ensure that the complex needs of enterprise accounts are met with precision, on time, and on budget.
Master the Renewal: You own the renewal process from end to end. You will leverage your "inside sales" instincts to retain high‑value clients and handle churn risks with confidence and strategic retention tactics.

Industry Specifics: You have proven experience in the medical and/or dental industry. You understand HIPAA sensitivities, patient acquisition funnels, and the nuances of healthcare marketing.

Enterprise Experience: You have 6-8 years of senior‑level account management experience handling complex, high‑value accounts. You are comfortable navigating large organizations and driving consensus.
