Greet customers and provide general front counter support. Answer incoming phone calls and respond to general email inquiries. Collect project details and customer information to support account managers and the sales team. Client communications through our internal system. Accept and process customer payments using various payment methods. Provide basic product information and help guide customers to appropriate solutions.
