Account Manager – Service/Repair
Responsible for successfully securing and maintaining service accounts and repair work, and developing and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers so that the branch meets annual revenue goals.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Exceeds sales goals and quotas by using company tools for service and repair growth and cancellation reduction.
Manages service accounts by visiting Tier 1, 2, 3 customers within the assigned territory, building ongoing relationships, and understanding their needs.
Develops capital plans for customers to address short‑ and long‑term building needs.
Maintains strong knowledge of company products through training and studying factory manuals, supplier information, and local elevator code requirements.
Prepares repair job proposals by estimating labor and other costs using estimating software; obtains price estimates for items not in the program and calculates manually.
Prepares service contract bids, reviews blueprints, and collaborates with operations personnel for input and approvals.
Receives and responds to written and oral questions related to quoted repairs and service contracts, performing follow‑up with customers on all proposals.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
Minimum 1 year of business‑to‑business sales experience.
Strong attention to detail with proactive follow‑up skills.
Demonstrated success in a fast‑paced environment.
Outstanding ability to build and nurture relationships with customers, team members, and cross‑functional colleagues.
Excellent time management, organizational, and presentation skills.
Salesforce experience (preferred).
Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings or blueprints (preferred).
What we offer Salary range: $70,000 – $90,000. The role includes a car allowance, fuel card, and monthly commission program.
