Online Sales CSR

Responsible for all communications with customers, both by phone as well as by e-mail/contact form.
Responsibilities
Answers incoming Online Sales phone calls
Promotes and sells products and/or services to meet customer needs
Communicates with customers in a timely manner order related issues
Makes customers aware of related products when assisting with orders
Assists in keeping parts department clean and orderly
Assists in maintaining all departmental tools and equipment
Maintains a safe working environment and adheres to company safety program at all times
Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements
Good communication skills, friendly, and approachable
General knowledge of parts and machinery
Team player with a collaborative attitude
Strong multi-tasking ability
Basic data entry and keyboarding skills
Ability to use the John Deere Parts Catalog computer application
Forklift operation experience is a plus
Ability to lift items weighing up to 75 lbs.
Pay Range $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
