
Regional Sales Manager

Position Summary The Regional Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding market presence in the California market and will optimize pricing and advise on sales techniques to enhance client relationships. Lead compelling sales presentations, coordinate interdepartmentally for superior customer support, and expand our client base through targeted marketing efforts. This role demands strong sales acumen, relationship-building skills, and willingness to travel throughout the state and internationally as required for team meetings.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet corporate goals.
Analyze market trends to determine customer needs and optimize pricing.
Advise dealers and clients on sales and advertising techniques.
Deliver compelling sales presentations and close deals with key clients.
Coordinate between sales and other departments to enhance customer support.
Prepare sales reports and expand the client base.
Participate in annual strategic planning and marketing development.
Monitor and evaluate competition and develop effective counterstrategies.
Engage in architectural outreach and targeted marketing campaigns.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in sales and business development.
Proficiency in Excel and Word processing software.
Strong sales and presentation skills.
Ability to build effective relationships quickly and across various teams.
Minimum of 3 years of sales experience preferred.

Competitive Salary: $75,000 - $80,000 base per year + competitive commission
Potential On Target Earnings: $100,000 - $130,000
Location: Fully Remote in California
