Role Purpose/Mission The Retail Performance Executive (RPE) is accountable for delivering sales targets, excellence in brand execution, business leadership and people development across an assigned market. This role combines strategic business leadership responsibilities with hands‑on coaching and education, ensuring consistent execution of brand strategy in retail stores. The RPE serves as a commercial owner, brand guardian, and talent developer, adapting execution to the distinct brand expressions (La Prairie or Chantecaille) while holding one common standard of leadership, accountability, and performance.
Main Accountabilities Qualifications Retail Leadership & Business Performance & Brand Execution (50% of the time)
Builds strong relationships with retail partners and ensures effective brand execution (marketing calendars, visual merchandising and stock management) in collaboration with stakeholders.
Closes follow up on competitor store activities and provides qualitative, actionable feedback across departments.
Defines and delivers retail sales targets through strategic business planning in line with commercial objectives.
Cascades retail KPIs to Beauty Advisors (BAs) and freelance talent and monitors performance ensuring accountability and follow‑up.
Owns and manages the territory budget, including expenses and staffing allocations to deliver profitable growth in each retail door.
Safeguards excellence in customer experience through observation and structured feedback on Talent – client interactions.
Leads all brand activations in collaboration with relevant stakeholders ensuring efficient use of CRM tools.
Talent Leadership, Training & Coaching (50% of the time)
Builds a high‑performing team through qualitative recruitment, training, performance assessment, and management.
Drives Talent engagement through empowerment, trust and open communication.
Identifies Talent training opportunities and ensures development needs are met in collaboration with the retailer.
Delivers product and selling training to Talent in an engaging and timely fashion. Consistently follows up with coaching and performance feedback.

Education
Minimum, 4‑year college degree preferred
Experience
Minimum 5 years’ experience in luxury retail sales / leadership with strong exposure to coaching and training.
Demonstrated sales growth and service excellence through talent management & development.
Experience leading teams across multiple locations.
Demonstrated experience leveraging omnichannel strategies to drive in‑store retail performance
Previous experience in the beauty industry preferred; retail & hospitality industry desirable.

Demonstrated technical aptitude, with the ability to confidently navigate Microsoft Office applications and in‑store technologies, including computers, iPads, and POS systems
Ability to travel extensively within assigned market (required travel 80% of the time).
