This role requires advanced technical skills inSalesforcedevelopment, including LWC, AURA, Service Cloud, and Agentforce , along with strong domain knowledge and collaboration skills.
SalesforcePlatform Developer II certification (mandatory).
Hands-on experience with Service Cloud development and implementation.
Strong expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and AURA framework .
Experience with Agentforce and otherSalesforceadd-ons relevant to healthcare/payer domain.
Strong knowledge of Healthcare or Payer business systems and workflows.
Familiarity with integration patterns, APIs, and middleware tools forSalesforce.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Experience with Avaya Aura and telephony integrations withSalesforce.
Knowledge of DevOps tools (e.g., Git, Jenkins, Copado) for CI/CD inSalesforceenvironments.
Previous experience in Agile/Scrum-based project delivery.
