The Nebraska Rural Radio Association and its Scottsbluff-area stations — KNEB-AM, 94.1 The Brand, 93.3 KMOR, 101.3 KOZY, 107.3 The Trail, and KOLT-AM — are looking for a driven, relationship-focused Account Executive to join our team.

What You’ll Do
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
Develop new business by identifying and pursuing prospective customers
Create customized advertising and marketing solutions across radio, digital, and events
Represent NRRA with professionalism, integrity, and a community-first mindset
Consistently meet and exceed revenue goals
What We’re Looking For
Previous sales experience required (broadcast or media sales preferred)
Strong communication skills — both written and verbal
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and competitive
Ability to manage multiple clients and projects at once
Creative thinker with a passion for helping businesses grow
Must have reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
