Inside Sales Representative Job Locations: US-MD-Annapolis Junction

Position Summary FedData is seeking an organized, detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our Army-focused team. This mid-level role supports the Federal Sales team with critical operational tasks, including RFQ tracking, quote generation, opportunity management, and internal coordination. The ideal candidate will be proactive, quick to learn, and motivated to grow in the Federal IT sales space.

Essential Job Functions

Enter new opportunities in Sales Force and also update as new information is available.

Work with OEMs and Distributors to secure best pricing.

Complete price quotes for end users and final bids to purchasing/contracting personnel.

Maintain regular communication with internal and external customers and OEMs.

Track status of opportunities and update management, Sales Force, and Customers.

Assist with generating status reports.

Minimum Required Qualifications

U.S. Citizenship is required.

High School Diploma/GED is required.

Must have 1-5 Years of experience in project management/support. May accept less years of experience if candidate has a Bachelor's degree.

Must have 1-5 years of experience with supporting internal and external Customers. May accept less years of experience if candidate has a Bachelor's degree.

Must have 1-5 years of experience problem solving to ensure client relationships are maintained.

May accept less years of experience if candidate has a Bachelor's degree.

Must be proficient in common IT Skills such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point.

Desired/Preferred Skills/Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Communications, or a related field

Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM tools

Familiarity with Army procurement processes, RFQs, or DoD contracts

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Positive, team-first attitude with high attention to detail

Pay Scale The salary for this position ranges from $75,000-$80,000.

Working Conditions Work is typically based in a busy office environment and subject to frequent interruptions. Business work hours are normally set from Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm, however some extended or weekend hours may be required. Additional details on the precise hours will be informed to the candidate from the Program Manager/Hiring Manager.

Physical Requirements May be required to lift and carry items weighing up to 25 lbs. Requires intermittent standing, walking, sitting, squatting, stretching and bending throughout the workday.

Background Screening/Check/Investigation Successful Completion of a Background Screening/Check/Investigation will be required as a condition of hire.
