Job Title: Outside Sales Account Manager – Building Envelope Solutions (Commercial Roofing, Architectural Cladding, Glass & Glazing, Solar)

Start Date: Immediately or flexible based upon availability

Salary Range: $60,000–$120,000, depending on experience/Draw against Commission

Competitive commission program. Can expect $200k+ when goals are met.

Position Overview Be a driving force in our continued expansion of our Omaha, NE location! This outside sales role focuses on business development, B2B relationship management, and commercial construction sales within the building envelope market. With access to our full suite of building envelope services, you will be able to provide comprehensive solutions across roofing, architectural cladding, glass & glazing, solar, and service.

Essential Functions

Business development & relationship management

Prospecting, lead follow‑up, and CRM tracking

Roof measurement, documentation, and consultations (paid training provided)

Proposal development and contract negotiation

Project coordination from sale through closeout

Client liaison throughout construction lifecycle

Networking and industry events

Compliance with safety and company standards

Required Skills And Abilities

Excellent communication skills / people oriented

Time management

Highly motivated to drive business growth and market expansion

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software

Valid Driver’s License

Education And Experience

3–5 years of experience in commercial/industrial roofing, glass and glazing, and/or architectural cladding

Minimum of 3 years of prior sales experience

Knowledge of commercial/industrial building envelope applications

Work Environment/Physical Requirements

Background check/drug test

Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs

Ability to set up and climb 32ft ladder at full length

Ability to travel as needed

Compensation Package

Weekly pay/Draw against Commission
