Scope and Job Responsibilities:
Make phone calls to and from customers
Dispatch trucks for pickup and delivery of equipment
Dispatch mechanics for service work as necessary
Dispatch tire repairs
Order parts for all equipment needs
Issue and enter purchase orders into the tracking system
Enter contracts into the system
Locate equipment for customer orders
Schedule truck and equipment repairs
Take orders in the salesman’s absence
Assist in collecting and summarizing payroll hours
Have office phone forwarded to cell phone on nights and weekends as needed
Qualifications:
Excellent people skills and multi-tasking capabilities
Thrives in a fast-paced atmosphere
Computer skills in Excel and Word
Experience with Texada Software system a plus
Available to work various hours of the dayTeam player that demonstrates leadership skills
Perform other duties as necessary to help operations day-to-day
CDL a plus
College degree in Business preferred
