We are currently seeking a
full-time associate
to serve as the welcoming face and central hub of our Market Center. This is the ideal role for someone with a background in
hospitality, media, or marketing , who’s looking for a meaningful career in a company that invests in your future.
What You’ll Do:
Be the go-to contact for agent support, onboarding, and day-to-day office operations
Keep communication flowing—promoting classes, meetings, and company events
Support leadership with technology tools (Canva, Zoom, Google Suite, CRM systems)
Help maintain a polished, professional, and energized office environment
Manage marketing and social media updates for internal and agent-facing platforms
Assist with reports, materials, and organization-wide systems and processes
Contribute to office culture and lead by example
Who You Are:
A people-first mindset with excellent communication and customer service skills
Proficiency in tools like Canva, Google Suite, Zoom, Facebook, and basic CRM systems
The ability to juggle multiple priorities and stay organized in a high-energy environment
A polished and professional demeanor—online and in-person
A willingness to learn and grow; experience in real estate is a bonus, but not required
