Cabinet Finisher

This is a full-time, in-house Cabinet Finisher role located in Monroe, GA. The Cabinet Finisher will be responsible for preparing, staining, painting, and finishing wood and other surfaces to create high-quality finished cabinetry. Daily tasks include dissasembly, sanding, polishing, applying paint or stain, assembly and ensuring the final product meets design specifications. The role involves working collaboratively with carpentry teams and maintaining a safe and organized workspace. Qualifications Proficiency in surface preparation techniques, sanding, painting, and staining Experience in woodworking, cabinetry finishing, and operating tools such as sprayers and sanders Knowledge of color matching, finishes, and durability requirements Attention to detail and precision to meet high-quality standards Ability to understand and interpret design specifications and blueprints Strong organizational skills to maintain a clean and efficient workspace Comfortable working in-house, adhering to safety protocols and timelines Prior experience in cabinetry or furniture finishing is a plus
