Job Title: Bank Teller - Hilltop Village, VA
As a Bank Teller, you will provide our members and prospective members with a comprehensive range of products and services. This includes managing depository accounts such as checking, savings, certificate IRA, revocable trust, and estate accounts, as well as offering lending products and credit/debit card services.
Responsibilities
Assist members with a variety of banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and account management. Promote and explain the full range of financial products and services available. Deliver exceptional customer service with a positive and friendly demeanor. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently. Maintain accurate records of transactions and ensure compliance with banking regulations. Collaborate with team members to achieve branch goals. Essential Skills
Excellent cash handling skills and experience. Strong customer service skills, with a focus on effective communication and emotional intelligence. Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively. Collaborative and team-oriented attitude. Additional Skills & Qualifications
Previous banking experience is preferred but not required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry. Flexible and upbeat demeanor, with the ability to maintain high energy levels throughout the day. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, high-energy environment. Why Work Here?

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Alexandria, VA. Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.28/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
