Role Description This is a part-time, on-site role for a Teller, based in Muskegon, MI. The Teller will assist customers with financial transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments. Responsibilities also include providing exceptional customer service, maintaining accurate records, balancing cash drawers, and adhering to bank policies. The Teller will collaborate with team members to meet customer needs and promote bank products and services.

Qualifications Strong customer service and interpersonal skills to engage with customers effectively Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to handle financial transactions Basic knowledge of banking operations and ability to learn bank-specific software Time management and organizational skills to manage tasks efficiently Ability to work as part of a team in a professional and respectful manner High school diploma or GED equivalent required Previous experience in customer service, cash handling, or banking is a plus Comfortable with learning and using digital banking tools
