We are seeking an experienced

Real Estate Legal Administrative Assistant

to support attorneys and paralegals in a professional legal office environment. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills, excellent attention to detail, and prior experience supporting real estate transactions in a law firm or legal setting. Location:

Manchester, NH Pay:

$60,000-$70,000 per year (based on experience) Direct Hire Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to real estate attorneys and paralegals Draft, edit, proofread, and format real estate documents and correspondence Prepare and manage closing documents, binders, and related materials Perform document production, including redlining, PDF conversions, scanning, and filing Maintain electronic client and matter files Answer phones, coordinate calendars, and schedule appointments Enter time records and assist with opening new client/matter files and conflict checks Communicate professionally with clients, lenders, and internal team members Provide backup administrative support to other team members as needed Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent 5+ years of legal administrative experience required Real estate legal experience strongly preferred Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Superior attention to detail and strong proofreading abilities Highly organized with the ability to multitask Ability to work independently and collaboratively Why Apply
