Position Overview The PLL is seeking an organized Media Asset Management Intern that will play a key role in supporting the organization, management, and distribution of media assets throughout the 2026 season. Responsibilities include file organization, naming conventions, and metadata tagging for a wide range of content for the PLL and WLL.
Qualifications
Strong collaboration, organization and time management skills
Familiarity with common codecs and different file types
Experience with Adobe Cloud Suite – Adobe Premiere Pro & Encoder
Experience in organizing media assets a plus
Experience in sports production; knowledge of lacrosse a plus
Role and Responsibilities
Aid in the overall media management process from organizing files, naming conventions, and upload/distribution for a wide range of content, including game footage, branded content, PLL Network games and photo assets
Tag metadata for PLL and WLL game footage, branded shoots, original features and game broadcasts
Edit and build stringouts for broadcast, partners, or internal departments
Create and share all broadcast game links for PLL season sharing sheets for internal and external distribution
Assist with tracking of all tagging, footage selects from content creators and editors to ensure workflows within Asana are up to date
Restore and track assets for content creators and editors as well as distribute to other departments that are requesting footage/photos from current or past years
Upload and track media appearances of PLL and WLL players to media database for archival purposes
Oversee DIT and collection of all media assets week to week
Organize assets within Dropbox and share links across internal departments
Compensation $17.00 per hour
