We are searching for a professional and customer-focused Inbound Call Center Representative to assist customers with parking service inquiries and support operational coordination in Cincinnati. Key Responsibilities

Answer inbound calls from customers regarding parking services and locations. Provide clear information about parking procedures, access, and assistance. Document customer inquiries and service requests. Route calls or issues to appropriate supervisors or teams. Maintain accurate records of calls and service interactions. Deliver professional and courteous customer service at all times. Minimum Requirements

High school diploma or GED required. Qualifications

Strong communication and phone etiquette skills. Basic computer and data entry abilities. Ability to handle multiple calls in a professional manner. Previous call center or customer service experience is a plus but not required. Benefits
