Salary $17.60 HOUR hourly / 30 hours per week
Responsibilities Advise clients on advertising or sales promotion strategies Answer written and oral inquiries Initiate and maintain contact with the media Address customers' complaints or concerns Answer inquiries and provide information to customers Explain the type and cost of services offered Maintain records and statistics Obtain and examine all relevant information to assess client feedback, enquiries and complaints in the delivery of meaningful information and services Maintain and manage digital database Write and edit press releases, newsletter and communications materials Answer clients' inquiries and provide information Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support Professionalism in customer service
Qualifications Education Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience Experience an asset
Computer and technology knowledge Internet MS Excel MS Word Quick Books Social Media Spreadsheet Google Drive
