
Commercial Leasing & Tenant Experience Coordinator

Beam Development, a family-owned real estate development and property management company, is seeking a Commercial Leasing and Tenant Experience Coordinator. In this dynamic role, you’ll serve as the primary liaison for our tenants—driving occupancy through creative marketing and seamless lease administration. By combining an understanding for how companies use space and an authentic approach to sales and customer service, you will help us attract prospective tenants, retain existing tenants, and create an environment where businesses thrive.
Key Responsibilities: Leasing Coordination & Administration:
Execute the end-to-end leasing process, including marketing vacant spaces, responding to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, and conducting property tours
Draft and maintain accurate lease documents, including proposals and letters of intent, template lease agreements, amendments, renewals, and other leasing related communications
Manage tenant files and ensure compliance with certificates of insurance (COI)
Track critical lease dates, such as expirations and renewal options to minimize vacancies
Coordinate move-ins and move-outs
Support Property Accountant with tenant collections
Tenant Experience & Engagement:
Act as the primary point of contact for tenant inquiries and service needs, ensuring issues are resolved promptly to foster long-term loyalty and renewals
Manage the “welcome and building orientation” process for new tenants, providing helpful information and onboarding support
Act as a liaison between tenants and facilities team to ensure service requests are resolved promptly
Assist with building-wide communications
Marketing:
Develop and implement marketing campaigns to increase leasing traffic and drive occupancy
Support property marketing efforts by updating online listings and managing company’s website
Create leasing collateral (e.g. flyers, email campaigns, online listings, etc.)
Track marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
Property Management:
Daily coordination with Facilities team to ensure each property is presenting at its best
Track facilities team completion of maintenance requests to ensure tenant satisfaction
Participate in vendor oversight of routine property services including janitorial, landscaping, security, etc.
Qualifications:
Ideally 3-5 years of experience in architectural design, leasing/brokerage, property management, sales, graphic design and/or marketing
Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft 365 programs (Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams)
Ideal to have experience with property management (AppFolio) and task management (Asana) software
Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks using strong organizational skills, excellent time management, and critical thinking to solve problems
Compensation and Benefits:
Pay: $80,000-$90,000
100% company paid benefits such as medical, dental, vision, and hearing after 60-days of successful employment for employee and eligible dependent(s)
