Job Description
Business analyst foundation requirements elicitation, user stories, acceptance criteria, process mapping and stakeholder management.
Reporting analytics: strong Power BI skills, modeling concepts, measures, visuals, publishing and ability to turn ambiguous questions into clear metrics and dashboards.
Data skills: experience with Dataverse tables, data quality practices and familiarity with Microsoft Fabric concepts (warehouse/lakehouse, pipelines, refresh, semantic models) plus strong Excel skills.
Ways of working: high attention to detail, strong written communication, ability to lead in an assistive capacity across teams, comfort using Copilot Analyst to accelerate validation. Project management experience preferred (workbacks, dependencies, risks).
Soft skills: executive readiness, self‑starter who can work independently, lead meetings, build strong relationships with leaders, and present clearly to team members and leadership.
