Job Summary:

The Account Analyst plays a crucial role in managing a Personal Lines book of business by supporting all aspects of policy maintenance after issuance. This position ensures excellent service to agency partners and policyholders by handling endorsements, providing documentation, assisting with cross-selling opportunities, answering phones, and focusing on retention throughout the policy term and at renewal. The role may also involve remarketing policies to ensure alignment with the best options for agency partners and their clients.

Responsibilities:

Process policy endorsements and updates accurately and efficiently. Provide necessary documentation and respond promptly to agency partner inquiries. Assist agency partners in identifying cross-selling opportunities to expand client portfolios. Answer phones and resolve customer queries with a focus on professional and efficient communication. Monitor and support retention efforts throughout the policy term, including proactive engagement at renewal. Review accounts for remarketing opportunities and recommend the best options to agency partners when needed. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all communications and actions taken.

Requirements:

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Customer service experience, preferably in the insurance industry. Familiarity with Personal Lines insurance products and processes is a plus. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Education/Experience:

2+ years experience in personal lines Service, Sales or Underwriting. P&C license required

Pay Details:

The base compensation range for this position is $50,000 - $70,000. This range reflects Acrisure's good faith estimate at the time of this posting. Placement within the range will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, location, and internal equity.

Candidates should be comfortable with an on-site presence to support collaboration, team leadership, and cross-functional partnership.
