The Escrow Assistant will support an escrow officer in preparing and processing documents for real estate transactions, assist with closings, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. Responsibilities include coordinating with customers, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely completion of escrow activities. The role requires strong communication and customer service skills as it involves regular interaction with clients and other stakeholders. Qualifications Proficiency in Escrow processes and Closing procedures Strong Communication and Customer Service skills Certification or experience as a Notary is preferred Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage complex transactions Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Familiarity with real estate or title industry software is a plus
