We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Front Desk Spa Sales Lead for. Your focus will be on providing an excellent customer experience to all of our guests and supporting our Skin Experts Estheticians in selling memberships and product regimens to help in achieving their skin health goals. Sales experience is a must! You will be the face of our Spa, greeting our guests and helping to introduce them to our revolutionary skincare and innovative wellness modalities that can enhance the esthetic services we provide. In this energetic role, you will lead the front desk operations, inspire your team to deliver exceptional service, and promote our premium skincare products and treatments. Your passion for skincare, combined with your leadership skills, will help create a vibrant environment that encourages customer loyalty and boosts sales. Skills:
Greet clients warmly upon arrival, providing excellent customer service and guiding them through available services and products
Demonstrate features and benefits through engaging product demos to educate clients and enhance sales opportunities
Excellent communication , interpersonal skills and sales abilities
Manage all point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling, credit card processing, and receipts
Upsell skincare treatments and retail products to meet client needs and maximize revenue potential
Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure stock levels are replenished regularly for an appealing shopping environment
Handle phone inquiries professionally, providing information about services, appointments, and product recommendations while practicing excellent phone etiquette
Proven supervising experience in a retail or spa setting with strong leadership capabilities
Familiarity with Zenoti cash handling procedures, and retail math for accurate transactions
Ability to perform product demos confidently to educate clients about skincare options
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
Strong merchandising skills to create attractive displays that promote products effectively
Experience in upselling techniques to increase sales of treatments and retail items
Knowledge of grocery store or retail sales environments is a plus for understanding fast-paced customer interactions
Effective phone etiquette combined with clear communication skills for engaging client conversations
