As an Orkin Sales Supervisor, you’ll lead and support a team of Sales Inspectors while helping homeowners gain genuine peace of mind through trusted protection backed by over 120 years of expertise, the Orkin Guarantee, and a brand customers already trust. Responsibilities What You’ll Be Doing
Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Inspectors to achieve branch sales goals
Conduct ride‑alongs and in‑field coaching to improve inspection quality, customer experience, and close rates
Support pipeline management: lead assignment, follow‑up expectations, and activity tracking
Monitor performance metrics, deliver feedback, and run team huddles to keep goals and standards clear
Partner with branch leadership on recruiting, onboarding, and training to build and retain top sales talent
Ensure your team represents Orkin with professionalism, empathy, and integrity every step of the way

Have a track record of hitting sales goals and helping others improve
Enjoy coaching, giving feedback, and building an accountable team culture
Are organized and comfortable using metrics/CRM tools to manage activity and results
Are willing to get into the field as needed (ride‑alongs, coaching, and customer support)
Qualifications Minimum Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent required (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
Prior experience in outside/field sales required; previous coaching or leadership experience strongly preferred
Valid driver’s license and ability to meet company driving standards
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. during ride‑alongs/field support as needed
Ability to safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc., during ride‑alongs and field coaching as needed
Ability to wear personal protective equipment (PPE), which sometimes requires an OSHA‑compliant respirator, as needed
