Engage with prospective and existing customers through outbound calls and follow‑ups on inbound inquiries Support scheduling efforts, quoting activities, and general coordination for the sales team Assist with research, prospecting, and preparation for client interactions and meetings Maintain accurate and organized records within CRM systems to ensure data quality Contribute to planning and execution of events, including trade shows and promotional activities Coordinate marketing collateral such as brochures, digital content, and giveaways Support social media initiatives and email campaigns to increase brand awareness Conduct competitive and market research to support strategic decisions Track campaign performance metrics and assist in preparing summary reports Participate in content creation efforts including basic copywriting and promotional messaging Provide general administrative and operational support across sales and marketing functions QUALIFICATIONS

Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field Strong communication skills with the ability to confidently engage with customers Comfortable making outbound calls and handling customer interactions Highly organized with strong attention to detail Self‑driven with a positive and proactive mindset Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools is a plus Prior experience in sales, customer service, or marketing (internship or part‑time) is preferred Exposure to CRM systems is beneficial Ability to travel locally for events or client meetings if needed BENEFITS
