Role Description This full‑time on‑site Sales Inspector position is located in Cedar Rapids, IA. As a Sales Inspector, you will work directly with customers to identify and assess their pest control needs. Your day‑to‑day tasks will include conducting inspections, preparing and delivering sales presentations, developing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and providing professional service to address customer concerns. This is a hands‑on role requiring a proactive approach to deliver solutions that align with customer expectations.
Qualifications
Proven skills in Pest Control and the ability to develop solutions tailored to customer need
Experience in conducting effective Sales Presentations and generating sales
Demonstrated ability in New Business Development and growing client portfolios
Excellent Customer Service and relationship‑building skills
Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities
Valid driver's license and a willingness to complete necessary training programs
Previous experience in sales or pest control is beneficial but not required; training will be provided
High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional education or certifications are a plus
